We assisted an international manufacturer and distributor with a single policy to combine Marine Cargo, Office, and Warehouse cover with the liability policy and fleet cover. We effectively reduced their costs from their previous provider by almost 20 percent per year and halved the administrative paperwork.

We placed a Group Policy for a private company extending cover to 12 employees and their extended families, reducing their individual annual costs by 15% year on year. We continue to actively manage their renewals, going to market annually to ensure that the best cover is maintained at the most affordable prices.
Central London Mews House
We acted on behalf of a client to maximise the value of their mews house in central London. We negotiated the purchase of the basement whichi belonged to the freeholder, extended the lease, obtained planning permission for additional floor and basement excavation, and manged the sale process to an end user.
Following the sale and with our client’s permission we manged the full design and build of the property transforming it in to arguably one of the best mews houses in London
£20 Million Facility
We acted on behalf of a Group of Companies in securing funding for a large mixed property portfolio owned by connected companies and offshore trust structures. During the process, we managed the valuers, solicitors, and clients to ensure a smooth transaction that was completed prior to the hard deadline of their previous loan expiry.
